Founded in 2014, Luxe Shopper is a luxury fashion concierge based in the United States offering personal shopping services and styling to clients worldwide.
We guarantee authenticity of all items. All items are personally purchased on a request basis from boutiques/department stores and are guaranteed 100% authentic. Luxe Shopper does not shop for any pre-owned goods.
We specialize in sourcing luxury goods including ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, jewelry, and accessories, but also source other items.
We accept payments by Paypal and bank transfer.
We ship worldwide. Domestic US orders are shipped through UPS. International orders are shipped through UPS. Overnight shipping to the US is available on request.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes may apply to orders shipped outside of the United States. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if duties/taxes apply. We cannot undervalue orders under any circumstance.
We are currently offering a low flat rate personal shopping service fee. For limited items, a premium shopping service fee may apply. Other fees include a Paypal/bank transfer transaction fee and shipping.
How It Works
1. Submit your shopping request here.
2. A personal shopper will contact you with availability and pricing.
3. To proceed with an order, we require a small non-refundable deposit in order to purchase the item. This helps us to dedicate our time to our clients.
4. The item will ship to us. Once we receive it, we will send you pictures and a final invoice.
5. Once paid, we ship to you!
As all services are on a request basis, all orders are final sale. Returns may be approved at the sole discretion of Luxe Shopper. Original and return shipping will be the responsiblity of client. All made to order items are final sale - no exceptions.
